FABRICATION

The abstract outdoor sculptures are, typically, manufactured out of aluminum with vividly painted finishes for longevity. They can withstand all that mother nature throws at them.

Ours in and outdoor metal sculptures provide a sense of placemaking, adding color and visual engagement to kinds of spaces.

MY GOAL

Create and fabricate indoor and outdoor sculptures for my residential and corporate clients, I also love to participate in landscape public art and sculpture garden projects. In direct coordination with public entities I also contribute donating sculptures for public places such like public schools, sculpture gardens and many more.

Cuchi Taborda steatment
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Cuchi always had a penchant for handicrafts from a young age, developing special attention to art made from yarns and textiles. Later on, she immigrated to the United States, where she enrolled in many art courses, but one in specific that made a significant impact on her career, a jewelry course. This course led to her love for metals. While also a sculptor's wife, she was exposed to different forms and techniques of using metals in art. Having such exposure gave her the impulse to integrate textiles with metals, thus giving shape to a beautiful experience that connects and interacts with elements as dissimilar as cotton threads and aluminum. "The result has been a wonderful journey between the subtle and the rigid, which has allowed me to express what I feel in a harmonious and very delicate way."
